Wayne Winton is a seasoned locksmith, security professional, and educator with over a decade of hands-on experience in the field. He’s the owner of Tri-County Locksmith Service in Colorado, where he’s built a reputation for practical expertise in safe opening, electronic access control, commercial door hardware, and non-destructive entry techniques. 

Wayne holds the Certified Registered Locksmith (CRL) and ACE Certified Instructor (ACI) credentials from the Associated Locksmiths of America (ALOA), and he’s actively involved in advancing the industry through education and community engagement. He’s also the 2025 President of ALOA, helping shape the future of locksmithing and physical security training.



Beyond his own business, Wayne runs Wayne’s Lock Shop, a comprehensive online training platform with hundreds of videos and resources for professionals.
